RETURNS

We currently do not accept returns. For Bespoke and Made-to-Measure clients, we will happily make any alterations needed within 30 days of receiving your jacket. After 30 days, we will make alterations for a reasonable fee. For Ready-to-Wear clients, we strongly encourage that you check your current measurements before purchasing your jacket. If adjustments are needed, we will provide alterations for a reasonable fee after your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

YES. We ship worldwide!! 

 

How do I return an item?

 

You can return or exchange your Gezzani Atelier item 14 days after delivery, if you are not satisfied with the quality, color, or size. You must initiate a return via your invoice. Your Atelier item must be in its original condition, with no stains, tears, or alterations. Custom-made works are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order is placed and processed wewill work diligently to get your order shipped. Once redceived your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Your tracking number will be sent to the email on your profile. 

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

If you want to contact our couriers, you can find their contact information on the tracking page of your order. You can access the tracking page by clicking on the link that we sent you in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in to your account on our website and go to the “My Orders” section. There, you will see the status and details of your order, including the courier name and contact number. You can also use the tracking number to track your order on the courier’s website
